Self Serve Courses:
Any courses offered through SalesSong are non-tangible, irrevocable goods, and as such, unless otherwise referenced on the product sales page, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and access is granted to the product. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item on this site. Please reach out to us at SalesSong in ‘contact me’ to state questions or concerns about a product before purchasing.
VIP Sessions, Done-For You Services & Consulting Programs:
If you become unavailable for your scheduled consulting session, we will work with you to reschedule for another day that suits both parties. A change in your schedule will not grant you a refund of your deposit or your full payment if it has already been made.
After you have attended a consulting session, SalesSong does not issue refunds for any reason, as content has already been delivered.
Refund Policy
SalesSong Programs, Products & Services Refund Policy
Your satisfaction with your Program, Product or Service is important to us. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, we have a very strict refund policy. Most of our content is digital and therefore, a lengthy refund policy could result in the theft of our materials.
Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our 1:1 Services, Done For You Services, Consulting or Masterminds, and no refunds will be provided to you, except under one condition: Regarding Digital Courses: Please submit evidence that you’ve completed the course modules, done the work, and show that even after taking action, the instructions and methods haven’t worked for you. This applies to any of our digital online courses without a group consulting, 1 on 1 consulting, or done for you service built in.
Please note, there are no refunds (and no exceptions) on SalesSong done for you services, consulting, Signature VIP days, masterminds, or 1:1 consulting.
